A Little About Me
Hi, I’m Ainee — caring for little ones for over 15 years
I’m a mother, former preschool teacher, and experienced in-home childcare provider with
15+ years of childcare experience. Before starting my in-home childcare business, I worked
as a preschool teacher, where I developed a strong passion for early childhood learning,
development, and creating a positive foundation for young children.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics, which has given me a strong
understanding of children’s language, communication, and learning development.

Why I Chose In-Home Childcare
My husband works as a procurement consultant, and his career has involved frequent
travel. I wanted to create a career that would allow me to stay home with my little
ones while continuing to do something I truly love — working with children.
That is what inspired me to start providing childcare from my home. Over the years,
I’ve built an environment where I can combine my professional experience, education,
and experience as a mother to give children personalized care, a low child-to-provider
ratio, and plenty of one-on-one attention.
My Childcare Philosophy
I believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, respected, and understood. To me,
childcare is about much more than supervision. It is about building trust, creating a
sense of security, encouraging independence, supporting development, and helping each
child feel valued and cared for.
I especially welcome families looking for a low-ratio, Montessori-inspired childcare
environment where children can learn through play, explore their surroundings, develop
independence, and grow at their own pace.
My Home Childcare Environment
I provide care from my smoke-free, pet-free home in Beavercreek, conveniently located
near Soin Medical Center and Fairfield Mall.
My childcare space offers a warm, comfortable, home-like environment with opportunities
for both indoor learning and outdoor play. I also have a fully fenced backyard where
children can safely enjoy fresh air, active play, and age-appropriate outdoor activities.

Peace of Mind for Parents
As a mother, I understand how important it is to feel comfortable and confident in the
